Refund and Returns Policy

1. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in sellable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Fragrances and oils that have been opened or used
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Custom or made-to-order items

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please email us at [email protected] within 3 days of receiving the item.
